GERIATRIC CARE/NURSING HOME
We see elderly patients in the office who come from home or an assisted living facility. In addition to seeing patients here, all six of our physicians see patients at Sunny Side Clinic and two of our physicians see regular patients at Bridgewater Home. Some of our doctors also make house calls,depending on the situation.
